Laugh a little

It’s ok to take a moment to laugh and smile even though your going through a stress period. We all need to release these emotions before they build up and knock us out. If you can’t laugh then cry but don’t hold it inside. Stress is attacking so many people young and old a like. We have so many worries and occasionally feel like we are all alone. If you need to talk with our any judgement I am here to listen if not me please find someone that will be there to listen. One love
